Yes Rentals Christmas Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Yes Rentals Limited (“Yes Rentals”), New Zealand.

2.Promotional Period

Entry Period: Starts on September 10, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM on December 20, 2026 (NZST).

Entries submitted after the entry period closes will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

Participants can earn entries through any of the following social media platforms. All valid entries across all platforms will be combined into a single grand entry pool.

Instagram:

• Follow @yesrentals, like the official Giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments = 1 Entry.

• Each additional comment tagging a different friend counts as an additional entry. Duplicate tags, fake accounts or spam entries may be disqualified.

Facebook:

• Follow the official Yes Rentals Facebook page, like, and comment on the official Giveaway post = 1 Entry.

Xiaohongshu (RED):

• Follow Yes Rentals, like, comment, and save the official Giveaway post = 1 Entry.

• Post the official Giveaway poster on your personal feed and tag Yes Rentals = 1 additional Entry.

WeChat Moments:

• Post the official Giveaway poster to your WeChat Moments and collect at least 10 likes. Send a screenshot of your post showing 10+ likes to the official customer service WeChat account (yesrentalschch01) = 1 Entry.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to any person worldwide who is 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• The winner must meet Yes Rentals’ standard driver eligibility requirements at the time of booking, including holding a valid driver’s licence accepted in New Zealand.

Employees of Yes Rentals and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Entries must be genuine. Yes Rentals reserves the right to remove or disqualify fraudulent, automated, spam or duplicate entries.

5. Prizes

A total of 41 prizes will be awarded as follows:

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): 1x 2026 Latest Model Foldable iPhone (Base Model).

• Second Prize (10 Winners): 1x $100 Yes Rentals Voucher+1x $50 Prezzy Card.

• Third Prize (30 Winners): 1x $50 Yes Rentals Voucher.

Prize Conditions & Delivery Restrictions:

• Grand Prize (2026 Foldable iPhone):

The Grand Prize (2026 Foldable iPhone, Base Model) will be purchased through official or authorized retail channels as soon as stock becomes available, following identity and address verification of the winner. Delivery timelines depend on retailer inventory.

Shipping Limitations: Direct shipping for the Grand Prize is strictly limited to addresses located within Australia and New Zealand only.

• Prezzy Card:

The $50 Prezzy Card will be sent digitally via Direct Message (DM) or Email as a claim link. After clicking the link to reveal card details, it can be used for online checkout or added to Apple/Google Pay for in-store payments.

• Yes Rentals Vouchers:

All Yes Rentals vouchers awarded in this promotion are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.To redeem a voucher, the winner must present valid original proof of identity and the official winning voucher confirmation.

Drawing Process:

All qualified entries will be compiled into a single data sheet and drawn randomly via a certified third-party platform.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Yes Rentals reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value should the advertised prize become unavailable due to supply constraints.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be selected by random draw within three (3) days of the promotion closing.

Winners will be contacted via the social media account used to enter the competition.

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days or does not claim the prize within that period, Yes Rentals reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Yes Rentals may use their first name, country/city of residence, photographs and/or videos relating to the prize for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions & Privacy

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Apple Inc., or Prezzy Card.

• Participants release Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and WeChat from any responsibility associated with this promotion.

• Yes Rentals reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• Yes Rentals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or unexpected event compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.

• Yes Rentals’ decision regarding all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
